Invitation to the world of SAKE

What is sake? What’s so unique about it?

SAKE is generally defined as fermented liquor made from rice.SAKE, however, has to have much more to offer.

One thing for sure is that it has always represented the spirit, passion and pride of brewery masters and workers, or toji and kurabito.

Hard intensive work (not a day off in the sake-making season), wisdom attained through long experience, and combination  of traditional skills and new technologies have made sake always very special.

Sayuri (Sayuri)　さゆり　にごり酒

SMV -11             Hyogo pref.

This cloudy sake has nice creamy taste. Sweet but too heavy on palate.

Always enjoy chilled.

 

Day Dream (suishin)      酔心      純米

SMV +2                            Hiroshima pref.

Sweet in style. The nose is gentle and creamy, soft, and a little Nutty.

 

Sounds of Spring (koshino-hatsuume)     越野初梅　純米

SMV +2                            Niigata pref.

Smooth and elegant taste with clean long finish. Easy drinking.

 

Premium Brocade (Yamadanishiki)        山田錦　特別純米
